Our passion for historic preservation runs deep and is steeped in our connection to the rich history of both the Spanish and Native American cultures. We began our mission to restore properties in 1996. Since then, we continue to bring residential properties back to life.
We at Pacific Spirit have made a commitment to combine the unique history of each property with today’s modern conveniences. Our properties are restored with the utmost attention to historic detail and energy efficiency.
A portion of our earnings are invested to local non-profits to help make a difference in our community. We are committed to achieving sustainable results for both the communities in which we live and the world at large.
